Booked via recommendation from the Savoy! Chantel was helpful from start to finish renting our car. Price is good and in the same range of competitors. Chantel was reachable via WhatsApp and even sent us a very helpful list of activities and sites to see whilst in Mahe. She met us at the CatCocos jetty and then let us return the car to the airport. Great service overall.

Yes, you can add an additional driver at NO extra cost, provided they meet the age and license requirements.
You will need a valid driving license and a credit card or cash for payment purposes.
Yes, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is included, with an excess for damages.
The excess stipulates the maximum responsibility / liability of the guests should any damages be caused to the rented vehicle. The maximum excess with the daily rate displayed on the website is €2,000. Additional CDW Coverage can be purchased to lower the excess. Please refer to our Rental Terms for further info.
Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
A late return fee may apply if the car is returned after the agreed-upon time.
Islax Cars operates on a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. We will enforce a special cleaning fee of €200 to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove any evidence of smoking.
